WORKING WITH MULTIPLE BANDS
Learn how to manage two or more different bands, acts, or artists within BANDIE.

Each band or artist using BANDIE requires their own subscription. However, with one user login, you can easily switch between multiple bands or artists on both the BANDIE management portal and the BANDIE mobile app.
First, make sure each band you want to manage has their own active BANDIE subscription. This is important - separate subscriptions is how BANDIE keeps each act’s data separate and private. See Getting Started - Subscribing to BANDIE for more help.
Next, make sure you are listed as a Member for each different band you’d like to access.
TIP: Make sure you use the same email address in your member profile for all the bands you’d like to access. Your email address is how BANDIE connects that band to your unique user login.
Switching Between Bands on the Mobile App
Once you’ve made sure you’re listed as a Member of all the bands you’d like to view, you can easily switch between them in the mobile app.
Tap the SETTINGS tab along the bottom of the mobile app. If you’re a member of multiple bands, they will all be listed here.
Tap the band you’d like to view. The active band will appear with a black checkmark:
Once the band you’d like to view is checked, you can navigate through the app as usual!
Switching Between Bands in the Management Portal
Once you’ve made sure you’re listed as a Member of all the bands you’d like to manage, you can easily switch between them on the management portal.
Click the PROFILE icon at the top right of the page, then choose “Switch Band” from the dropdown menu.
You will now see a list of all the bands your email address is affiliated with. Choose the band you’d like to manage from the list by clicking MANAGE:
TIP: Remember, only members with “Manager” permissions can edit within the management portal. If you have “Manager” access for one band but not another, this can affect what you are able to see and do on the management portal when switching between bands.
